MP Biomedicals FastDNA土壤樣品提取試劑盒，可在30分鐘之內，快速、有效地從土壤以及其他環境樣品中提取基因組DNA。

FastDNA土壤樣品提取試劑盒可直接從細菌、真菌、動植物組織等存在于土壤或其他環境樣本中的物質中提取基因組DNA。制得的DNA樣品可直接應用于電泳、PCR、限制性酶切等其他后續操作。

FastDNA土壤樣品提取試劑盒適用研究范圍

土壤樣品（粘土[clay], 沙質土[sandy], 淤泥[silty], 泥煤[peaty], 白堊質土[chalky]和 壤土[loamy soils]），糞便樣品，環境水樣，廢水樣品，淤泥樣品等環境樣品

技術優勢

1. 能有效的處理土壤樣品中一些很難處理的組分如： 真細菌孢子（eubacterial spores）、內芽孢（endospores）、格蘭仕陽性菌（gram positive bacteria）、酵母（yeast）、線蟲（nematodes）、海藻（algea）、真菌（fungi）等。

2. 樣品處理過程中使用的 MT Buffer和Sodium Phosphate Buffer可在整個提取過程中有效的保護核酸，并zui大限度的降低RNA污染。

3. 基于硅珠的純化方法，可有效地去除腐植酸、多元酚等PCR抑制物

4. 純化所得的DNA可直接用于PCR、酶切等后續實驗之中。

5. 對腐植酸含量特別高的樣品，附加額外的處理方法。
